I think the 3rd one will have multiple villians. Venom/Carnage have been mentioned as one of the villians along with the hobgoblin, scorpion and the lizard

He did give up for a while. But it was too fake. When he made that jump bewtween buildings and ate it, he should have died.

lots of talking and less action. i never expected Spiderman would bare his identity in this sequel. certainly there is a 3rd release but im still doubtful if the plot is still powerful

seemed like kind of a filler movie to me, no real plot development. waste of money

I was a big fan of the comics when I was a kid. The movie was very disappointing in comparison

no doubt - dont get me wrong I LOVE that film
but to be a superhero you need 2 things :

1. a super power
2. a nemesis (or many thereof)

I thought that half the scenes in the second came right out of the first. I know the plot did, i mean sure it got chopped and screwed but basically the same:2 cents:

it rather depends on -- you like comics or not. if you are ok with comics, then you might find that story very good planned and ideally filmed.

I liked the film, and the love story there is touching. that exact film meets this exact niche very good.

he lost because his profession didn't allowed to have any feelings to be mixed with it. the Leon wasn't a superhero, that's kinda lifestory film which I'd place into the "educative section".
