He is right, it is called NO2. It's actually NO, but no, it doesn't have a +4 nitrogen as the name implies.

NO2 = Nitric Oxide. Supposedly it's supposed to have some amazing results for building lean muscle. I was just curious if anyone's tried it and gotten or have not gotten any results.

i'm on week 3 of BSN Nitrix (no2) and i'm getting great pumps. i'm very happy with the results. if you do take this, make sure you drink plenty of water (2 galons a day at least)

If i were you, i'd hold off on the m1t until you have done A LOT of research on the subject. it's not something you want to fuck around with. it WILL cause gyno if you do not do a proper PCT. stick with creatine, no2, glutamine, multi's etc. after you have done a lot of research on nutrition and prohormones, maybe try something like 1-ad... then maybe do something like m1t. don't even consider this if you are not over the age of 21. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/m1t.html m1t: Methyl-1-Testosterone (17alpha methyl-17beta-hydroxy-androst-1-ene-3-one) is a prohormone that has been shown to be between seven and sixteen times more potent than testosterone. evidence exists (from the bodybuilding community) that Methyl-1-Tesosterone is powerful and yields gains similar to a reasonable dosage of illegal steroids. |
use paradecca from VPX that shit works great i got 20% gains in a month and stayed when i stopped taking it

I have done at least 4 cycles of M-One-T,before that was using One-T. I have been
lifting for over 13 years, I know my supplements. No bitch-tits from the M-One-T. And yes it is potent but no where near the strength of real illegal steroids. I have known alot of people who have done or are on the real shit. There is no comparison to illegal legitimate steroids. I do recommend M-One-T as a non illegal alternative - you will put on muscle w/ it. |
Hey, thanks everyone for your help. I've been gone most of the day since my last post, so wasn't able to check until now. I might give NO2 a shot for a month and see what happens. From what I've read, if it's going to work then you'll see *some* effects in that first month. It's worth the $60 to see what happens. If nothing, then I'll stick with Creatine and diet.
I've had my workouts analyzed, and I was burning over 5,000 calories per day when I was training hard...I couldn't even consume enough food it seemed...even had to eat *while* working on the heavy bag. I should have mentioned I don't want to be bodybuilder big...just add some more lean muscle mass, increase muscular endurance, and explosive-speed power. |

Creatine is really the only proven legal supplement IMO. There are others that have marginal benefits such as r-ALA but if you want to get big, you have to eat big and workout hard. If you want to get big FAST...you gotta go OTJ.

stick w/ the tried-and-true "supplements"... a stack of EQ w/ Sustanon will treat you better, or Deca & Test if the Sust is too strong for you. if your afraid of needles stick w/ the safe orals only, Anavar and Turibinol come to mind..

Yeah, I wouldn't even try steroids...I want to stay safe. Besides, I'm not looking to get huge. Maybe a little bigger, but stay fast, flexible and get stronger. My primary emphasis is having optimal fight-weight. From my experience, after a certain size, your fighting ability drops dramatically. Of course there's always exceptions. I'm bouncing at a local club on the side, so a few more vanity muscles wouldn't hurt, if for no other reason than intimidation, I suppose. :)

I just stick to creatine, this stuff is cheap and effective. :)

I took NO3 actually and it had pretty good results but nothing too intense...
I got even more rip on it and gave me some power but it doesnt make you get that much bigger unless you just started working out or not long ago. Here in Canada it kinda of more expensive but you should try it up .. it's worthed $am |
