I can understand why people wouldn't want to have their likeness posted on nude bodies, but 2 years in prison? that's ridiculuous.

i agree with ya, Corpsie.

I can see spending 2 years and/or a fine if the pictures were REAL , but faces of celebs put on nude models isnt that big of a deal! LOL

oh well, lot's of people are going to be screwed. There's about 50,000 sites with nude celebs or nude celeb fakes.

The legislation sets fines, prison time of up to two years, or both, for anyone who "with the intent to embarrass or cause emotional distress to another person places on a computer photographs of the sexually explicit conduct of that person, so that such photographs are accessible on the Internet without the permission of that other person."

I've seen about 4 fakes that fooled me, the rest are a joke. I wish somebody would go around posting pics of my face on some studs body!

There's a photo floating around of a bodybuilder (or at least a strong guy) who had his head replaced with some kid's head. Then he sued either the site it was on or the family over it. I don't know the details. Really dumb.
