Need a little word explaination help
 

I'm doing some studies with my GF and reading thru an english text we came across a sentence which simply dosent make any sense to me:

"Potential gaming is kept to a minimum with good meeting facilitation og peer pressure"

Could anyone translate that into something understandable english or even better danish?

Same with this one:

"The facilitation process is also the key to success of the matrix and a strong, knowledgeable facilitator is required in order to combat groupthink and politics during meeting."


Especially im looking for another word for facilitation which dosent make any sense to me

Facilitation in this sense is "meeting management".

When you Facilitate a meeting, you manage the process, make sure people stay on topic, stop petty arguements, and try to get people to think critically about the questions at hand.

I think "gaming" here is meant to mean "screwing around", so good facilitation, or meeting management, would keep that to a minimum.
