Who Wishes They Were 16 Again?
 

yeah i know half of GFY is 16 but i'm talking to people 25 plus.

and i'm looking at Avril and the kids in the crowd and thinking 'damn they have it made' ....... for now anyway - u can't beat being 16, old enough to do shit, you still have all your family and friends alive and well usually, if you're middle class or rich you have money in your pocket to buy the crap you want, you are confident that you have the world figured out and everybody else is a douchebag and u have time so you figure you will own the world when you are ready.
seriously when i was 16 and took up golf, and i wasn't all that great, i had a plan to be on the PGA Tour by the time i was 25.
That's what being 16 is - infinite possibilities without really thinking anything through enough to ruin your dreams.

Ahhhhh, to be 16 Muttly! When I was 16 I could eat whatever I wanted and stay thin. I had a summer/after school job and bought a crappy red Chevy S10 pickup truck that I loved. I had an older bad boy boyfriend that drove my parents crazy. I spent my time playing soccer, getting good enough grades so that I could party on the weekend and get away with it and worrying about my next prom dress. Of course I couldnt wait to be old enough to move out and be on my own. What an idiot!

Now I spend my time worrying about how to stop the decline in revenue and sticking my head in the sand by playing hours of online poker :)

I'd like to experience these maximalistic feelings when I was young at 16

I spent a large amount of time from 14-18 being absolutely drunk. I got fantastic grades in school, had a good family life, but I was most likely drunk 6/7 days per week.

The only wish I would have is that I could go back to 16 and, knowing what I know now, spend more time chasing girls and just being young, and a LOT less time drinking.

But non sense wishing lives away - experiences define who we are. So no, I don't.

25+? fuck im 19 and wouldnt mind being 16 again. sometimes i wish i would have spent more times with friends and shit in those days but then where woulud i be intenet wise? oh the paths we choose...

Never in a million years would I want to be 16 again. I love my life now and I wouldn't trade it for the chance to live my youth a thousand times over. If I'd done things differently I wouldn't be who I am today.

With 16 the you had much more time and much less problems.

not a chance in friggin hell would I be 16 again - sure my mom would still be alive as well as half my family, but if you cant make each year of being alive better than the last, then your going to have to re-think and change what you have now.

Its romantic to look back, but in so many years - your going to look back at where you are now and think - god I wish I was ?? yrs old again.

17 was my best year. That's when my parents finally let me go out and go clubbing and have drinks with friends... and i partied and partied!

19 was pretty cool too.

Yes i'd like to go back. And probably make some different decisions.

Oh yeah, and high school track and football was the shit.
