Does anyone have the "My girlfriend won't get off GFY" problem?
 

I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but like three months ago - She leaned over my shoulder, and seen the address. Apparently remembered it, and has been visiting this site ever since.

I tried to aware her that she is not a webmaster, nor does she know shit about the comp in general, let alone the adult industry. Yet, due to the many off-topic posts, funny pictures, videos, man/sex related preferences/functions, etc - She frequents this board as much as I do. Which is fine, but I find it pretty fucking awkward when she reads my posts. My thoughts, and in some cases my "feelings" *plays harp* :sadcrying - Shit, sometimes she even makes references from GFY.

G/F: "Do you ever ______________"

Me: "No, why?

G/F: "Oh because I read on Go fuck yourself that guys....


Anyone experience this, ever? Fucking annoying. So much fucking room online, and she has to invade my new playground. This is my fucking sandbox, give me back my shovel! Not enough space, see for yourself.

This ain't work life, this is more of casual relaxation time. And occasionally, and I emphasize the word "occasionally", sponge some decent information.

I don't know about you, but GFY has opened many doors for me and I owe a lot of my success in this biz to this board.

Still, I wouldn't mind having a girlfriend who surfed GFY, but to each his own bro.

They might as well make this a mainstream chatboard. The webmaster thing here is passe. There are 3 types of people here:

30% surfers
65% webmasters who like to talk about every day things.
5% webmasters who want to do business

This hasnt been a real webmaster board for a long time now already...why keep up that idea that it is one?

I had the same problem with the local (to Toronto) escort review boards.

A lot of my biz is for the escort industry, and much like here, you have to establish yourself, be a player, do some postering....

She never got it.

She is a controlling person, and has to run everything we do, and participate in everything I do, so as to run it.

She just couldn't figure out why I lost interest in doing anything with her.

She has no clue as to why we split........

i don't think it would bother me too much.. my ex used to surf for porn a lot when she felt horny.

My wife introduced me to GFY! We have no secrets. :)
