Beware of pantyhosecrawler.com

The only reason why this won't become a real drama is because I just lost $10. However, I want to warn other people who might have planned to invest more.

I ordered some advertising for my site http://www.men-in-pantyhose.com from pantyhosecrawler.com on July 10. I paid by StormPay on the same day which was confirmed by email. I emailed pantyhosecrawler.com four times asking to activate my link but never got a reply and my link is still marked as "not active".

And: no, I will not risk my reputation and charge back $10.

Good productive pantyhose traffic is not easy to come by. Consider yourself lucky it was only $10 ;)

$10! How long was the advertisment going to be for?

It was for a fixed amount of paid clicks.
Just a test to see how it works ... not so good actually

Thanks for the warning, I was thinking of purchasing some clicks to see how it will convert.

Once again it shows GO WITH THE TRUSTED TRAFFIC BROKERS.

Now write that down and never forget it again :)

Yes, but for some niches it's very difficult to find appropriate traffic. So you might want to take some risk, sometimes.

Hi Jenny,

All my banner spots are sold, but I do have few gallery spots available for sale , hit me up if interested.

Pantyhose crawler has been around for a few years now and I get many thousands of hits a year through them -
I certainly do not think it is a scam site in any way shape or form - I know the owner also runs several other larger hose related sites, such as pantyhose news etc -

Is it possible the guy (I know his name) runs these sites alone and is currently on holiday???

I know it seems a long time to get anything back from him - But give him a bit more time and I am certain you will hear back from him.

While here....

Sony - Hit me up sometime on icq - I will take some prominent gallery spots from you.

traffic brokers and buying directly at a website are 2 very different things, so I don't think that applies.

Thanks for the warning :thumbsup
