AP has a "gallery creater" that you can link to. It even adds your account number to the code, so you get paid for every banner click.

StiffyCash has gallery & pic of the day for LiveTeen & Snatches with only gallery of the day for AcmePorn (none yet for SushiChicks or NewlyLegal).

I've never tried the rest on your list...yet.
