I was a big fan of the first 2 Alien movies the 3rd and 4th sucked ass IMo .. But this one looks good.

I didn't know it was coming out... but that looks like a damned good time :) I think I'll crawl out of my cave and go see that in the theater.

I hope it has a story line :)

That movie is going to rock, saw the preview when i went to go see Irobot.

All of them, the one that came out on PS2/Xbox Strategy game was lame. The 1st person shooter was EXCELLENT and the coin op is one of my all time favorites. I think the movie will not be as great as the book so I do not suggest you read it before seeing the movie, but definitely after.

That game was fun, I always picked the gold Predator. He was Kick Ass.

I just hope this movie won't be a dissapointment like some of the others this summer. Cos this is something i've been waiting for ever since the AVP Game first came out.

I dunno I didn't really enjoy alien that much ... this is gonna be the same kind but with a lots of special effects.

If they don't have a REALLY nice story, it's gonna be boring

Friend of mine gave a brief summary of the script, which was leaked a while back:

The movie starts before the entire Aliens series and before the entire Predator series, it is set in the present day. Basically the founder of Weyland-Yutani corporation (Charles Bishop Yutani, this is important because in the Aliens series the Weyland-Yutani group basically owns the Earth) make a trip to Antactica when they discover an ancient temple (originally it was a Mayan temple, but that was scrapped when that script was all over the internet... so now it is some random temple that is older than anything else on the Earth). They find... Alien eggs left over from a previous battle (Aliens hibernate when there is no prey, in the old script there was an entire scene where the previous Predators sacrifice themselves to stop the spreading of the Aliens and only one egg survives... this time a few survive). Anyway, before Predators are allowed to fully join their clan they have to prove their strength by hunting an Alien (they call Humans Pyode Amedha, or "Soft Meats", and their heads are prized trophies that go in the center. Aliens are called Kiande Amedha, or "Hard Meat" and are considered to be tests of strength and honor)... or die. In this movie a group of young Predators come to Earth to hunt the new Alien hive, but first start picking off humans one by one. Then the Alien hive goes apeshit, and starts killing everyone. A Predalien arises and the rest is just Aliens VS Predator: Prey set in snow.
