How much tax for Delaware LLC?

From what I understand, companies incorporated in Delaware only pay state tax for activity actually conducted in the state of Delaware. However, how much federal tax for activity conducted around US, even "virtually"? And would transactions between the company and foreign clients be subject to federal tax?

Sorry if I sound like a dumb fucking noob on this one, need to understand how this work and would appreciate any help offered, be it specific advice or pointers to where I can search for more myself. Thanks.

Actually there is no sales tax in Deleware. You still have your federal tax rate to deal with which I do not know off the top of my head.

And yes they federal government is going to tax any money you made as long as you are dealing from within the borders, no way around it unless you are using foreign processors, well there are ways but not really gonna list them, just pay your taxes.....

I wasn't talking about sales tax (VAT), I was referring to tax on profit.

Well, I'll basically be dealing from my computer, and I'm not located in the US, so only the company would be there. Anyway, not looking to get away without paying taxes, just trying to determine whether this set up would be feasible and would help me pay less taxes than half of my profit, which is what these damn commies here would take...

I'd love to. Unfortunately I'll have to fly over the Atlantic to do so. I'm looking for some hints here, so that I know exactly how to attack the problem, were I to actually get my ass on a plane and go see an accountant.

Why does it need to be a US based co ?

I set up a Seychelles company and all my profits are booked there so I pay only minimal tax. BVI (British Virgin Islands) co's are very popular now. You can a US Dollar account set up for these as well..
