Why is that Hugh hefner can contact Rachel Hunter at 17 asking her to pose nude, and they can contact Hulk Hogans daughter at 16?

I dont understand the logic.

I know if I were Hulk Hogan i would be demanding an answer from Hugh Hefner of why he was contacting my daughter at 16 to pose nude, wouldnt you?

I disagree. When you compare the calibre of the articles and supporting features, the photography, and the overall production value, I think Playboy comes out on top pretty much every time (from the issues I've seen). Also, models use their Playboy experience to further their career (Pamela, etc etc), but not nearly as many girls on tv or in movies brag about being a Penthouse Pet or Huster whatever.

They're not asking to shoot her while she's still underage. They're saying they would like the "scoop" when she does reach 18. They're not asking her to have hardcore gangbangs on film or anything. It's posing nude or semi-nude when she's already 18. Obviously it's the parent's perogative to turn away the offer at the door. My advice to a daughter would be to wait. Hold on to that thought and get to at least 20 before she decides what she wants to do about it.

I have never seen any threads pertaining to this. I too would like to know the answer to this question...is it allowed because it's considered art? I do believe that there have been actresses as well that have been nude in movies under the age of 18.

I think it's wrong. There are plenty of girls 18+ to simply ask or atleast wait until they turn 18 and they aren't kids anymore.
