What the fuck is a "4-6-3" double play??
 

I hear this shit all the time on baseball games and could never figure it out. What the hell does it mean? Does it have something to do with the positions of the players that were involved in the double play?

Yep, I think the pitcher is #1, catcher #2....not sure how they do the infield and outfield

6=Shortstop

4=Second baseman

3=First baseman

Shortstop throws it to the second baseman, who throws it to the first baseman.
