(Scottsbluff) - The Scottsbluff city prosecutor says two scantily-clad Colorado men arrested on public indecency and disorderly conduct charges will NOT be prosecuted for taking what they say was a "triple-dog dare."

Scottsbluff police say it all started when the two men, ages 35 and 36 bought two pairs of women's thong underwear at the Scottsbluff Wal-Mart Tuesday afternoon.

A layaway employee says the duo then went into a bathroom and came out in only their T-shirts and fresh undergarments to stroll the aisles.

Witnesses say the men then walked through the store and out to their car.

Scottsbluff police were called and caught the men before they could leave the parking lot. After getting surveillance video from Wal-Mart, police arrested the men.

When asked why they were in women's thongs and T-shirts, one of the men said because one their friends had --quote--"Triple-dog dared" them to.

Ya for sure, it happened in pretty small town 20,000 people or so and Western Nebraska where it is mostly just farmers/ranchers. Would have been funny too see. I would have though, what tv show are those guys on.
