If they decide to go after people,I dont think that location of servers will matter
too much.If they decide that your site is too
much you still reside in US and upload all the stuff from US soil even if your server is on other side of the world.
And if they go after some small people
who dont have the funds to defend themselves
what is gonna stop them?They show public that they do something about smut on line,and
dont forget "Scare Factor".If they prosecute few US webmasters ,how many people would get

Luckily we have some prominent attorneys that are defending webmasters for free or close to it and then they go for payment after they prove false accusation or whatever they call it. Make the govt pay for their time when they can get away with it.
Rose is right tho. No matter where the server is they can getcha. Too bad they don't take THAT context further in other areas. When they view THIS law, the server is innocent and the person doing it is guilty. But with guns its the gun first THEN the person.
