Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurn... they've made their money though, and the smart thing woulda been to leave the country and retire. But they got greedy.

You have to wonder about the people who didn't sell at $7+. From the start the outcome was obvious, it was only ever a matter of time. Still, I suppose you don't have to be smart these days to own shares.

Do we have a confirmed list of companies who continued to fight the bullshit? Those people deserve traffic and business sent their way. Long term it always pays to deal with ethical companies and those who fought rather than letting other people do it for them certainly fall into that category.

Paul Markham 07-29-2004 10:45 AM

OK so they are in trouble, but don't think they are dead yet.

And remember those who paid out THEIR money to get this fight to where it is today and those who took the easy cheap route.

The time to celebrate is when Acacia are dead and buried, the defendents have made back the million plus they paid out to kill them off and those who took the easy route put their hands up and appolagise.

I would bet a cent to a dollar there are people here celebrating and send traffic to licensees. :feels-hot

TheJimmy 07-29-2004 10:51 AM

we'll have to wait and see if the death throws continue until completion...
