Insensitive remark about ther obese challenged?
 

The 'rotund' actor who stared in the movie Kangaroo Jack has been arrested and charged with rape, which is a very serious thing in and of itself. However, the following article contains references to his weight that seem to be a little over the top. I've never heard anyone referred to as a 'roly-poly actor' in a serious AP news article before (see first sentence of final paragraph).

Noone would get away with making suck an insensitive remark about race. Thoughts?
