He was great in American Psycho, I am not sure he is right for Batman. I'll see it then decide. :)

Just the trailer itself looks better than the last three batman movies combined.

It's loosely based on Frank Millers Year One - so it should resemble the first Batman (1989) film because that was again loosely based on Frank Millers - Dark Knight

I think it will be awesome - it's back to the Dark and Serious side of Batman

What about Equilibrium, he was good in that and its a role that lets you see what he may be like as Batman. I personally think he is a good actor and can pull this off quite nicely, and its really a very nice step away from the shit Batman was with the last couple of movies. I think this will definitely be something worth watching.

Christian Bale is an excellent actor. He just didn't get the perfect script yet. Batman Begins might be the one. I have faith in Bale and especially the director of "Memento".

Hehe -- it's a funny book though. I anticipated being totally offended by it but frankly the shit on Oprah's book club list is more upsetting than American Psycho.
