my girlfriend doesnt believe that I can get a hardon for no friging reason. like i need to be sexually aroused to get turned on, that its impossible otherwise.

Am I the only one that sat in highschool and got hardons for no reason?

Actually, your brain goes through cycles during the day, just like it does at night (between REM and slow wave sleep). Part of these cycles includes blood flow going to sexual tissue. It happens about every 90 minutes in men and women. But a hard-on is much more noticable.
