Also if forced to give out such information would just require alterations in model release forms for new productions.

I duno what the privacy act is, but I can't see this new proposed version of the 2257 holding up if taken to court.

I've said it many times, you can not violate a models rights to save the children. I think if this dose go into affect it will be overturned.

Fuck the patriot act... fuck this whole administration! The people of this country have lost more rights and freedoms since Bush has been in office than they realize. Did you know you can't even open a bank account with a P.O.Box thanks to the patriot act? I travel throughout the US due to hubby's job and no longer keep a permanent residence. I use P.O. Box for mail drop. I had to lie and give my old address to open a bank account and then change it to reflect my P.O. Box. I'm a naturalized citizen... a disabled veteran of this country... Hell, I'd say fuck Bush... but that may be construed as an act of terrorism.

As you can see I'm pissed....

The revisions to 2257 aren't about protecting children, they are all about shoving religeous believes down my throat and giving up my rights.

I was watching that new show The 4400 the other night...and the main characters work for the Homeland Security Department.

Anyway there is a scene where their boss is telling the producer of a news show to tone down their commentary...the guy tells him "it's a new world."

But the great response and yes it was a jab at the patriot act was when the Homeland Security guy says..."Yeah it is a new world. It used to be before I had to have a reason to seize your property, tap your phones, etc..." I'm sure you get the point.
