FreeBSD how to install the TOP command?
What port do you install so the top command works?

Should be there but on the off chance its not:
/usr/ports/sysutils/top/ |
It's normally installed at /usr/bin/top

I did too, but ya never know. I've installed freeBSD from 3.x and up and they all had top in them. But then again maybe he installed a bare bones OS. I dunno.

I'm a Freebsd user, but linux is proving to be "faster" for many common server applications (apache, mysql)
I doubt it's as stable or well developed though :) |
