This has got to be a joke.

If you don't have 4k-5k laying around or can't get credit, something is wrong. You are in the wrong business.

What it tells me, is you don't possess the skills to make money in this business so why would I or anyone give you $4k?

Sig files are overrated to begin with. (My opinion of course) If I spend 4k on marketing, I better see a return of 6k and something tells me that your sig file won't generate that.
