Lookin for a LEGITIMATE Pay Per Download...
 

There has been a swarm of threads in the past couple of weeks about these pay-per-download programs hijackin refcodes.
Naturally, I do not want this.
Are there any legitimate pay per download programs out there?
Looking for one that has the option to prompt the surfer via activex, and if at all possible, offers online payment (EPass or PP).

If I find one that I like, I will use your ref.

There's a difference between Spyware and adware. Of course in order to pay $0.15 per install, you cannot expect to have only a toolbar.

what exactally dose your toolbar do and install? I did a quick look over your page and didn't see exactly what purpose the toolbar serves.
