I would think that's a bit of a gamble, not 100% sure but i think a sponsor falls under the can spam law. If so it's 15 K a pop. That can get expensive.

I usually email a sponsor 2 times, ask them 2 stop the person.

It's the sponsor that allowed this 2 get started in the 1 st place.
