What is the going rate for quality b/w on a per gig basis and i dont want to see any

I want answers.

I pay 79 bucks a month to servermatrix which includes a server and 1000Gb of transfer... is that cheap? :) If I ever get near that limit then I can just add another $79 server.

I've only ever seen one instance of downtime in the 8-10 months I've been with them.

i know good bandwidth can be cheap, cause I just got offered a deal from one of the biggest hosting companies in the biz tonight, and he offered $.25/g overage...and some of the bigger hosts have offered insane deals, like 1000gb for $159/month...

so i know good bandwidth can get pretty cheap

Hit up $5 Submissions, he can hook you up with awesome bandwidth for $25 per mbps or cheaper.

well if any of these big companys are reading this that offer those kind of detials

please email me .. [email protected] with what you can give me ... say in the 1k gig a month range :)

oh, and just to add to both deals I was offered...

this was a p4 2.6ghz dedicated box with 1gb ram, 80 gb hard drive and weekly tape backups all included.....

maybe he will come on here or icq with that deal too....LOL...but that was a private convo, and I don't wanna get someone pissed at me

I've got two SM servers as well. No complaints here and it's about as cheap as you can get...pricewise.
