He's a natural as a public speaker. I know he does a raido show but I hadn't really heard of from him until he gave that speach at his father's funeral. I'm an MSNBC watcher and he's really good as a personality there. Do you think this guy has a future in politics?

I think he does for sure.

He's smart enough to speak more about the issues then the parties.

I'd love to see him grow into a bad ass politician. His father was one of the best Presidents of all time, he must have some of those genes in him.

Dunno about politics but he would make a great "Scarecrow" if they do a new Wizard Of Oz.

In all seriousness though, he seems very intelligent and level headed. I like him. :thumbsup

I agree. He is a great speaker for sure, and most politicians are such lousy public speakers (the exception being Clinton). He seems like the kind of guy who is willing to stand for what he believes in.

After that 'political moment' in the speach he gave at his dad's funeral, a lot of republicans immediately started bashing him, saying that he was just jealous that the son of his father's VP was president and he was nothing. (Don't you just love repuplican spin?).

Sounds like you missed his tv show during Bush Sr. presidency. One of the last ones (before his AWESOME HIGH RATINGS show got cancelled mysteriously) dealt with legalizing marijuana as well as some other pretty serious and enlightening topics.

I was not an MSNBC watcher during the Bush Sr. Administration. I was too busy partying and getting high back then.

All I ever heard about him was something about ballet dancing...

I just keep having Saturday Night Live popping up in my head and the Risky Buisness spoof...I must have been really young but yet it is still in my brain.
