It´s indeed Modern Talking, a German pop group founded in the eighties. They had a comeback about a year ago.

The left is Thomas Anders, on the right is Dieter Bohlen (producer of "Deutschland sucht den Superstar", a talent music show on TV). Here is more info on them:
