Is TopBucks counting your clicks today?
 

My stats has shown nothing for the past 5 hours

damn hopefully the signups are still being counted

no nothing, I do not sent much to them, like 50 in a day or so, 0 this day

hmm...and Lee is "unavailable" on icq right now...

damn... i hope they are aware of this.

signups have not been counted either, since about 12 hours ago (actually some signups disappeared.... I imagine its a database problem they will get rectified.

But nothing today:(

Yeah, I have a missing sale too from yesterday.

Well, it will catch up, they usually do

no sales or hits today...........very strange

i usually wake up to see sales...today 0 :(

I think they switched their primary to CCBILL that's why :1orglaugh

actually i just reloaded my stats and noticed 100 unique clicks went missing and sales havent moved...

anyone from Topbucks around?

I've sent this information on to those that need to know, so I'm sure they're looking at it as we speak everyone.

Yes, sales for today actually disappeared, I see the clicks for today, but when I click for the referrer sites for a site, I see "No referers found" and when I hit the Back button, no clicks are shown anylonger ...
Hopefully the stats software will come back to normal soon.

same problem

Hey all - the problem has been fixed and sales are reporting properly now.

To make a long story short, basically what happened is that two servers that handle the stats in coordination with each other had a breakdown in reporting from one to the other; the sales data was still being tracked/logged by the one server, it just wasn't communicating the data to the other server. No data was lost, the stats have been updated, and everything has returned to normal now.
