Anyone know how to sign up for Overture's Adsense programme?

http://espn.go.com/ at the bottom of page has them but I can't find a signup.

I believe it is called Adsonar

5. Non-Refundable Setup Fee. Quigo will charge Advertiser a non-refundable setup fee of $50 ("Set-up Fee"), however Quigo will credit Advertiser's account $50 with which Advertiser may run Advertisements within 60 days of initial signup. This credit expires after the 60th day after the initial sign-up.
