Question about grunt work
I was just wondering what you all think is a fair price to pay for grunt work -- i.e., stuff like building free sites and doing submissions, updating paysites, reviewing TGP submissions, things like that? I personally don't have the time to do all the stuff I need to to.
|
it all depends on how valuable the grunt is to your business. if you can't go on without him, pay him well, if he's disposable, pay him 5 an hour.
|
Has anyone else had experience hiring for this sort of thing?

I wouldn't exactly consider building free sites and updating paysites grunt work. Those two jobs do take some skill if you want them done correctly. Keep in mind you get what you pay for.

I was going to write that but you beat me to it. I couldn't have put it any better.:thumbsup -Greg |
doesn't sound like you need a grunt, sounds like you need a full fledged webmaster. Shoot me 3K a week and I'll work for you for a month.

When you figure out what all you need done, and what you're paying... you should hit me up!

well, exception made of reviewing galleries (which we did some time before, just not now) that's what we do everyday: free sites, galleries, updating paysites, make graphic work, manage content (correction, resizing, watermarking, etc). We're not expensive, but we're not the cheapest either, it all depends on how important is this for your business. All I can tell you is we charge more than 800-900, that's for sure :winkwink: but the quality is way better than the one you'll get by paying 800-900 bucks :thumbsup
Anyway, if interested just contact me on ICQ 104870192 :) |
