ummm... no. It is a link to the Libertarian Party website. It sounds like you have spyware on your box.

I checked the link and it works fine.

My security is tight as hell. I have my settings way too high, and I recieved no such warnings.

It definitely happened when I clicked that link though - wonder if someone is targetting the libertarian domain with their scumware or if it was just coincidence?
