No wonder why Visa and Mastercard are watching us so closely now.

I am an adultwebmaster and even then, I am thinking of charging back on Pure Cash !

Inexistant customer service... Come on guys, what is the matter with you ?


I suscribed to sweetlilblonde. ( She is amazing and I wanted to rub one. )

My credit card has been charged but my passcodes are not working. I sent an Email to Billingservice:

- They replied they refreshed my passcodes and it would work now.

It's not working.

I phoned Billingservice:

- The idiot who answered was making me feeling like he was in a rush and I was waisting his time. He offered me to cancel my membership. :Hollering What a fucking moron.


I sent an Email to PureCash. No choice.. There is NO email to reach them on their paysite.

It's been 3 days now: No answer from them, no access and my card has been charged.

Now, with this kind of service, no wonder why chargebacks are killing us. I am not impressed.

It sucks, i always wonder why support is so bad.
if i was a program owner I'd rather spend money on fast and friendly support rather than paying CB fines.

Ah, and the bad thing is that such unsatisfied customer will charge back and he will try to join another site in a few days, but this time he will be declined by default because he did charge back recently. :2 cents:

I think it is important to realize two points on this:

1) No matter what program you run, mainstream included, anytime you are dealing with consumers, things can and will slip through the cracks. well, just so you know newbie.... Mike and purecash have been making webmasters money since before you even got your drivers license!!!!

and two, there is always two sides to why something is wrong, and if Chmod was treated bad, I am sure there was a valid reason! otherwise I would have a hard time believing this acusation.

Purecash is a very responsible company, ran by very responsible people, that are here for the long haul, and have been here since the beginning.

Who I am is not important 1 bit to the issue that has been brought up here in theis thread. Also I never once said Mike or purecash weren't good guys!!! We have been debating the charge back problem, processor problem, etc for many years now online. I am sure this was a minor glitch or something in the system.

If you are so worried about cb's, etc there is alot more pressing issues then a person not getting access.

Can you give me some detailed scenarios over why you hold animosity towards our staff?

I am serious. I would certainly make an effort to resolve, within reason, whatever issues you have with us.

As far as spamming the board goes, we get an alloted amount of pinned threads no different than any other advertiser. In regards to some of my threads promoting the product, that is my job. Aside from that, some of the marketing reps around here starting threads calling out people could learn a lot. I wish more programs would talk about their programs and leave the negativity at home.

I seriously have nothing against you, email or icq me and I assure you that you will get first class treatment from all of our staff.

Having worked customer service for 5 years it is impossible to get to everything with out something getting missed and somebody not being happy. Someone who has been around as long as the fella's your accusing are doing something right...

if you are such a big hitter, and been around so long, why not say who you are then, and give some credibility to the blatantly false accusations you are trying to sell here....

We have been having some of the same problems in this industry since 94 when I started working online.

When you work in a virtual storefront as opposed to a physical storefront, things happen.

If you have been around as long as you say, then you would know that Mike and Company takes customer service very seriously.

I feel that a big program like PureCash has no rights to have such bad cutomer support. Every surfers should AT LEAST be able to reach them directly instead if reaching Billingservice's morons.

well if what you say about yourself is true, then you would already know that purecash is one of the top programs available, and has always delivered a great product to both their surfers, and their webmasters to enjoy, and make money from respectivly.

so the only other reason for your tone and slanderous implications, are for a darker purpose...

if this is not true, why not tell us the program you own/work for/ promote so we can compare customer service records, and chargeback issues.... lets make this a positive event and help everyone out..... unless something is wrong with doing that?

My only point here is that it is very hard for a customer who is having problems to reach you guys. And this is not a good thing. For nobody of us in this industry. But I am sure you will do your best to correct this.

Also, for your site sweetlilblonde, we are giving 3 different members ULR 's ... And one of them ( the only one on wich I could loggin ) is leading to an 404 error page.

I call bullshit on CHMOD!

We have multible layers of customer support. Did you hit http://www.topcustomersupport.com/ which is linked from the header of every page on membera area SLB?

From here we have live Java support that is monitored at least 12 hours a day.

We also have multible places to send e-mail based on particular issues.

It looks to me like you went to Jettis's website ( who is our secondary processor) for support. They are billing support. It appears when we changed tours the links did not change on the tours themselves - we are correcting it now.

We take customer support very seriously, we have record low chargebacks - this is why we are able to pay $35 for a $2.95 trial for our single girls sites.

We have been in business since 1996 and have NEVER had any problems making our customers satisfied. Infact out retention is still TOPS in the industry.



Funny how people fired up their anon accounts to attack us.

I guess we are finally making it to the big time.... you are not a successful program until you have anons attacking you.

This is very true. Even at DirectNIC we get complaints, and DirectNIC has 24/7 e-mail/java/800 number support.

Somethings do get by us.

I am glad CHMOD found this mistake on the tour, and we will correct it. I would have prefered to get this information in e-mail or other private communication but some people prefer to go public and make a scene.

It is part of the business.

I will repeat this again, PureCash customer support & affilaite support is 2nd to none. We pride ourselves in making both our customers and affiliates happy.

You are correct sir, we have http://www.topcustomersupport.com/ setup and that is where links should have gone.

We changed a few things on the tour and the original links to Jettis were not changed. We launched with Jettis as primary, but switched to Epoch a month ago.

To make this up, I guess I will have to send Sweet Lil Blonde over to your house for a lapdance or 2....

THAT would be good customer support!

I've been getting the support emails for the last month or so and to be honest, I haven't seen one pertaining to this problem.

What email address would you have been sending this from? I have answered ALL emails within hours unless I've been sleeping :winkwink: or unless they have bounced back when I tried to respond.

I just got with Luke and he has NO e-mail from anyone looking for help with SLB.

What address was it sent from? Because Luke did not get it. There could be some kind of block or something.

I did get your e-mail to my hirise account, but not my purecash one. So this could be part of the issues.
