What does it take to run 1,000+ TGP sites?
 

I need somesuggestion on which scripts to use to run more than a 1,000 TGP sites efficiently.

Get a bunch of mexicans and throw them in the basement...

Custom scripts are the only way to go.

Talk to Icefire. I believe that he's got 3300 or so TGPs up and running.

I run about 5.000 TGPs now, building about 5.000 more

TGPs can still use sponsor hosted galleries or establish a good working relationship with a sponsor to receive the necessary 2257 information.

no, all the bananas gifs come from 1 domain, are based on 1 html page which i include in all tgp template files.

same for all my other advertising spots.

updating my linking codes on lets say all my teen tgps takes 2 clicks.

yea that's what I figured.. I have Thumb nail gallery Bush and I'm sure it could handel 1k+ small TGPs but it only dose text.

what do you use for all the trades and how do you keep from being banned by the SE's as I assume they are all interlinked.

the trade system is build in the script, it's filtering all traffic by niche ( example reak enter tgp A -> clicks 10 times teen and 20 times amateur, all the trades go to amateur sites )

I got my little tricks for that, it still working and i did like to keep it like that.

My MGP sends between 200k and 300k clicks to galleries daily. No need to have 1000 TGP. A good one is enough :)

Wouldnt be too hard really. Especially if they're all "internal" tgp's with no submissons (other than maybe bulk lists from trusted friends or sponsor hosted galleries).

1 cron job or button click per day and a big list of galleries. Done.

I hear ya. But when you have over 50,000 FHG, one TGP doesn't give enough exposure to these galleries. If you have 1,000 TGP and each of them list 25 galleries, at least you know that every FHG will be shown every two days on one of the TGP which is not possible to do when you only one or a few TGPs.

Not to mention, you get to have more pages to place ads;)

Indeed. It is another philosophy. I build traffic to feed other people galleries, not mine. Only a small percentage of the traffic goes to my own galleries :glugglug

I'll be happy if I average between 500 and 1,000 hits per day per site. I'd like to treat them like feeders, built them and forget them (or in this case, let the scripts do their job without any intervention on my part).

it is easier to get 1000 sites x 300 visitors/day, than 1 site x 300.000/day!

You can always do both: one big tgp and a lot of small tgps and use some traffic from the big one to feed the others :p

I already have the rallery rotation script. What I'm missing isthetrading script. Maybe you can help me find one, I donèt likefreescripts tho!:winkwink:
