And this isn't "getting around" 2257, it is simply a matter of not being subject to 2257 because the images aren't of a nature requiring such.

Hey, if you guys want to build TGP galleries with hardcore pics on them and post your name and home address on the bottom, knock yourself out.

You do realize that is the proposed rule right? You can no longer just add a link to the bottom of the page that goes to the custodian of records for the producer you bought the content from. You will now be a secondary producer and will be required to list yourself as a custodian of records.

And you can't just put a 2257 link at the bottom that goes to another page. The new rule says it must appear on the main page in 11pt type.

And before anyone says store the records in a mini office that you don't actually use, read the law.
