What's a good program to create realistic looking flame animations?
 
I need to make something look like it's burning. What's the best way to do this?

i used to have a nice plugin for adobe that you could make badass flames with it. the name of it escapes me at the moment however :\

Use After Effects if you're handy with those kinds of programs. AE has a ton of very realistic and manageable fire plugins available.

If you have never used 3D Max before it could take some weeks before you can meke some good looking flames :winkwink:
