Go buy some Aloe Vera.

It's the absolute best thing to apply on a bad burn. Pretty much any pharmacy should have it very close to the suntan lotion.

Aloe is always best. The rest is rehyrdrate with Gatorade and rest up. Re APply Aloe as often as possible
