Too much stuff outside. Try to make it fit in IE at 800x600, shorten the tour (if you can't sell it in a couple of pages you can't sell it). People hate scrolling, and you make them scroll down a looooong way.

It probably wouldnt hurt to clean up the design a little and actually show some blowjobs in the header.

The font and style on your logo is a bit cheezy and Im not really sure what the point of the tnt is ... well I get the point, just think its "distracting" from a design point of view. Lose the effects on the pictures in the background ... remember less is more. Unless there is a purpose behind the effect, there is really no reason to do it.
