I was actually just gonna post the same idea. If you could make a URL listing, performer cross referencing, etc. software program for webmasters you could probably clean up. Im no programmer but i cant image its that hard..... shit even a super tricked out excel template should do the trick.

1)insert starting URL
2)click "go" button
3)spider magically finds, documents, and cross-references all images making you fully compliant
4)spider launches cruise missile attack on the religious right
