A Gilbratar IBC with a London virtual office will probably be your best bet. Your corporate bank account would probably be in the UK or Latvia. I have seen Gibraltar corps for $700-$1500 plus an additional $500 for the bank account. Yearly maintainance fee of $350. A London address will start at $99 a month.

And how are you handling the resident agent 3rd party CC processors are requiring? Is the virtual office do the job..?

Registered agent should have power of attorney and serve as nominee.

Call OCRA. www.ocra.com

They seem to mainly offer offshore solutions... Heard somewhere that its not worth it unless you are making like $500k+ a year... True..?

We used a company in Gibraltar to incorporate. My husband is European.

This may be far off but - if one of your parents is European (and didn't renounce to their citizenship when they came to canada / prior to your birth) you may be able to ask for double citizenship all you'll need is an address.

You don't need to be European to own a European corporation. The whole point of incorporating is to have a legal European entity.

If you do at least a couple thousand dollars a month in business, it is worth incorporating.
