2257 and fhg's
 

If i run a tgp with no pictures/movies hosted on my server (all text), only link to pictures and movies that i do not control, like a search engine does the 2257 apply to me?

Even if you do control the links, the 2257 info should be on the gallery (or link to it whatever).
So don't worry.

My site is a mix of fhg and submitted galleries, not just fhg's

2257 needs to be on the gallery

if your tgp has any nudity on the page then I dont think you need 2257 ? you may ? I dont know

Im not a lawyer but you will need to hvae 2257 on every gallery

so i cant link to a url with adult pictures on it unless the url i link to have 2257? And if it does i just assume the 2257 info on the gallery is correct?
