OK Guys I fess up...
I have quite a 'fast metabolism', it's extremely hard for me to gain weight. I know the opposite is true for certain other webmasters out here, we've discussed their weight in the past.
What about you, how easily do you gain weight? |
I have been the same shape/size since Grade 10.
No matter what i eat or drink or how much i workout...stay the same give or take 10 lbs |
Drink/eat lots of beer, pizza, and krispy kreme donuts and you will pack on the pounds.

I don't gain weight that fast too, if I don't eat enough I'll loose a lot of weight. The sad thing is that the butt stayes when I do :(

I work out every day.........but if I dont work out for a week or so, I dont gain much weight

I am a small dude myself, no mather what I eat or drink I don't gain any weight at all

I'm a "hardgainer" myself (the bodybuilding term for it).
If I don't work the weights & eat like a horse, I won't gain a pound. |
I eat dominos, krispy cream, and all kindsa crap all the time, trying to gain weight to no avail, i've been within like 4 pounds of my current weight, for like the past 6 years.

I weighed about 150-160 regardless of activity or food intake.. Until I reached about 32 years old.

I'm suppose to be a fat man apparently. Or at least that's what my body has been telling me. Everytime I reach the limit, I cut diet like a madman for a month straight, and lose the weight again. So I notice a fluctation between 174lb basis, all the way up to 205lbs on a month-to-month basis. Never more than 205lbs. I've been in the 170's like 3 times this year, and 190's about 3 times this year. It's crazy.
I'm practically like Oprah, it's quite frustrating. Then again, I suppose it's my own fault. For as strict as my low-fat diet is, my oridinary food consumption when I'm at a suitable weight (no diet) is horrible. Outback ribs with onion blooms, McDonalds, quiznos, etc. |
I look at food and pack on poundage :(
