do you think its shady to purchase a dell system through some 3rd party vendor with pricewatch.com? I need to get a decent secondary tower for as cheap as possible.

go with a custom built system, cheaper and better quality. plus easier to upgrade and you don't have to put up with dell bs when something goes wrong or you need questions answered.

takes a bit more efford than just configuring a system on a website, but quality wise its a better decision.
