Ralph Nader Is a Puppet Vote Stealer of the Republicans

http://abcnews.go.com/sections/WNT/P..._040724-1.html

If Nader costs Kerry the election like he did for Gore(remember that anti-Bush fantatic, Michael Moore, the Nader dimwit you supported?), I'll go nuts.

We just can't have four more years of Bush for this industry. Can you imagine what he'll do next?

Fuck you Nader.

He fucked up the last election too.

Lycanthrope 07-24-2004 09:53 PM

Some people really have no clue as to how our election process works do they?

Blaming Nader for a Republican victory would be like blaming the cage the kitten was burned in for animal abuse.

NoCarrier 07-24-2004 09:54 PM

It's clear that this guy is funded by the republicans. They know he's going to steal votes from Kerry.

boobmaster 07-24-2004 09:54 PM

that's what's gonna happen

crockett 07-24-2004 09:55 PM

It's pretty fucked up this is allowed to happen..

Consumer advocate Ralph Nader's quixotic presidential campaign says it submitted about 5,400 signatures to get on the Michigan ballot, far short of the required number of 30,000. Luckily for him, approximately 43,000 signatures were filed by Michigan Republicans on his behalf, more than meeting the requirement

Nader is a left-wing fanatic, which is why Moore probably loves him. His popular vote robbed Gore of victory in key states, namely FLORIDA, as he leeched off, at a ratio of 80-20%, votes from the Dems and Gore.

Gore would have won in a close election by a projected 30 or so electoral votes if Nader-face, the ego-centric media whore, would have done the smart thing and opted out. But radicals like him do have the right to run, but they should realize they are making it a whole helluva lot easier to split votes and let the Republicans win. Remember Ross Perot? How do you think Clinton won so easily?

If you cannot see how Nader adversely affects the Dems in key swing states especially, you have a low level of political sophistication.

How can you be pro-Bush and be an adult webmaster. Have you had your head up your ass the last 3 years? Maybe it takes getting closed down to get you to wake the fuck up. What do you think this 2257 business is really about? Its not about protecting children. Its about harrassment by the Republican party at the behest of satisfying the religious right moronic element in their party.

aside from a little more paperwork, how exactly has Bush affected this industry in any way?

I seen 20,000 the sky is falling threads since 1996, yet the sky is right there, where it always was. The same drama people are afraid of now is the same shit they were afraid of back during Clintons last 4 years.... and no matter if it's Bush or Kerry come next year, the same fucking drama is going to come up again and again.

Likewise, how can you be a small business owner and vote Democrat?

Bush's AG might be phucking things up now, but a Dem gave him the power to do so. And I shutter to think what things would be like now had Tipper, I mean, Al been elected... (remember the whole PMRC thing?)

No one side is going to be good for every aspect of one's life or personal objectives, all you can do is educate yourself and chose what you feel is the best fit. :2 cents:

Ralph Nader is completely funded by the Republican Party.

Anyone who denies that he is working for them is an idiot.

retrograde 07-24-2004 10:20 PM

In a lot of states, Nader has gotten on the ballot (or attempted to) by assistance from Republican or conservative organizations.

It's disturbing that he preaches one thing, but he has no problem compromising his principles by accepting support from reactionary organizations if it means he'll get on the ballot.

The Truth Hurts 07-24-2004 10:22 PM

and if he was taking votes from Bush (Perot [the only presidential candidate i've ever voted for] says Hi.) Dems would love him.

You are truly brainwashed.

The economy, including small businesses - especially those in online porn, boomed under Bill Clinton, a Democrat. That same economy went down under Bush, a Republican.

As far as somehow blaming Democrats for Bush/A-s-h-c-r-o-f-t, what the hell are you talking about?

Did you miss the entire 80's?

Larry Flynt and others spent time in jail because of right wing anti-free speech assholes like the ones you worship. How many people were charged or convicted for publishing porn when Clinton was president versus when right wingers are in charge?

Finally, just to prove how brainwashed you really are, this is Bush's favorite Supreme Court justice talking about the online adult industry:

"this business could, consistent with the First Amendment, be banned entirely"
- Right Wing Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia"

That's what you support when you support Bush. The next president will appoint Supreme Court justices.

Turn off Fox and start thinking for yourself.

You obviously hadn't thawed out yet up there in the Tundra when the '00 election was going on.

Think for myself? I urge you to do the same and push the stop button on the remote controlling your VCR playing Michael Moore's lies...

I spent the 80s in The Military. If you want that to mean I'm brainwashed, by all means, think it.

When Clinton was in office, businesses boomed because of what Ronald Reagan did. You seem to be forgetting that things don't happen overnight, economic changes take years. Find me a devout DEM business owner and I will show you a celebrity.

I didn't blame Democrats for Bush / Ash..... nor do I like what is trying to be done. I said a democrat (Reno) left them the power to do whatever they pleased with this law. (Do some more studying if you are still confused).

Larry Flynt was a pioneer.. he pushed things where they hadn't gone before, this is why he was prosecuted, yes it sucks, but God Bless him, for now all this is possible. Why is it possible for Democrats to have some righty stances, but it isn't ok for a Republican to have some lefty stances?

I don't worship anybody... I merely mostly agree with MOST Republican views on things. You however, seem to only be worried about one issue, which is why it was a good idea to glance over The Tipper Gore issue.

Heed those words...........the SC is our last line of defense (just the latest eg. was the COPA ruling, which was 5-4 due to conservative assholes on the court).

If Bush gets re-elected, you have no right to bellyache when you have to move all operations overseas or out of America. You'll be getting your bandwidth elsewhere, forget about an American biller, and on down the line. You call this latest 2257 fiasco "a little paperwork." Here are some directions to follow:

Remove head from ass...........a loud plop will entail while doing so.........breathe the air............think for yourself.

And for the record, I hate Michael Moore. This has nothing to do with that blimp.

That the leadership of this country and the last 4 years of our lives came down to 500+ confused, old people, some paper dots, and your creepy wax museum looking Secretary of State? Yeah, I guess. :)

Say what you want, but Gore would have taken FL and NH if someone would have put a bullet in Nader's head to celebrate the new millennium. ;-}

If anyone is looking for a good way to celebrate Labor Day, it's not too late, you know.

Bansheelinks 07-24-2004 11:29 PM

If it wasn't for Nader, Kerry would walk to the presidency with a comfortable cushion of electoral votes. Fuck you Nader for letting the Republicans put you on the ballot in so many states.......have you no pride?

Clicky_Bucks 07-24-2004 11:43 PM

I gotta crazy idea.....how bout people vote for whomever they want and whoever gets the most electoral college votes wins.

If Kerry was set to be president, those voting for Nadar would vote for him. It's as simple as that.

well of course we do live in a democracy, but a fact of life of democracies is usually vote-splitting, and its what we have in Nader taking away votes from Kerry at a rate of 80-20%. And we may have to live with the fall-out of this of a Republican admin. hostile to us. Can some of you not see this? :eyecrazy

Lane 07-25-2004 12:04 AM

Why isn't america using the government structure that most republics do?
The system here doesn't allow coalition governments, which sucks, since it doesn't allow diversity.
In some countries, no party wins the majority of the votes. they get 25% at most, and they have to build coalitions to have a majority in the parliament.
