interesting night.
 

so i'm sitting over my friend's house drinnking margaritas, i get up to leave and as i walk out the door i hear commotion to my left.

it was dark as fuck, he lives in a row of town homes and no lights were on, but i heard screaming, looked over and saw someone fly out of a fucking doorway and land on a stack of lawn chairs.

turns out it was a lady, so she starts screaming for help and we call the cops. apperently her boyfriend had been beating the fuck out of her.

choking her, throwing her around her house.

cops came and took the boyfriend away thank god. i'm just glad i was walking outside when i did.

fucking pieces of shit taht beat women. :feels-hot

apperently she's pressing charges. she already has a PFA, but is worried because he is her primary source of income and she thinks she'll get evicted. my friends mom does alot of work with battered women, so i think we're gonna talk to her see if she can get this lady some help.

really nice women, we talked to her for a bit after, she thanked us and whatnot.

it's really a horrible thing to see i don't understand why people do it.

ha, we can only hope. I wish there had been anough light for me to see what was going on. i would kicked the shit out of him then called the cops. but i didn't wanna go running into a dark alley and get shot.

no i had it. as soon as i hear the commotion i chambered a round too. but because of the low light, and because there was two people fighting i didn't want to rush in there with a gun and make the situation worse. if my life isn't in iminent danger i would prefer to leave it to the professionals.

good thinkin...i would have probably ran up there with mine in my hand not thinking..specially when it involves a man beating a woman.

with a good lawyer i might even stand a good chance of getting off for that.
