If money wasn't a factor I'd open a little coffee shop downtown. That's what I really want to do- but I can't live on 20k a year.
Coffee isn't that big in FL, most coffee house kids nurse the same cup for an hour just so they don't get kicked out. I checked the figures on 2 non corporate coffee shops, one leased all their equipment and was in the red- the other was in a super small place with decent business and only profited 20k a year plus changed hands 4 times in 5 years. Both were for sale. :(
