What is the price range for a nice apartment in a chic area of Prague and Budapest? Renting. Buying.

What is the price range for a nice family home in a good neigherhood in Prague and Budapest? Renting. Buying.

How much are normal monthly expenses to live there? Utilities, food, etc. for two.

You can rent a decent place in Prague 1 for $2000 a month.

Nice place can be bought for about $300K

Go with Prague over Budapest.

give me some examples what you are looking for and i can tell you average price for that..
if i were you i wouldnt rent a apartment in central prague (prague 1), you can get much cheaper apartment in other areas and there are a lot of hot chicks too. Just look if there is metro (underground), you can always get by underground in 10-30 mins into the city center.
As for living expenses, everything is cheap here. although i do pay my GF almost all of her living expenses from my porn money, we together used to live out of the 1k dollars a month and it includes even our cheap rent.
but its not very hard to spent much more then 1k for month here

its seems to me litlle bit overpriced, the average rate for new "middle class" flat or house in prague is between 1100usd to 1400usd per 1m .
of course its not in the center of prague.

We're paying $1200 for a 3 bedroom, awesome apt, 10 minutes outside of the city.

Talent with the local agengies is outrageous...get someone who speaks the language and you can get talent for 300-400 for all day...hot, hot girls...of course only 1 in 5 will speak English well enough to use for reality stuff

I have a location where you can stay and arrange production (8 rooms , 2 bathrooms , nice garden - hidden 1 etc)

When we shoot some our girls here, we paid them on average 200usd for all day, but we are locals and the girls were from newspaper ads, true horny amateurs, :winkwink: ,
and no commisions for agency.
