The model would have to be a minor first off, and you would have to of produced the content.

You're not going to jail just because you don't have the drivers license of someone.. What if the content was from 1967 before the law ever passed.

However:

Two court cases have already held that the "secondary producer" regulations are bullshit.

The new regs are just more bullshit.

It would be rational to bet that future courts will hold consistently with the past decisions.

I hear smuggling cocaine is legal

The new laws are bullshit but some will get busted and prosecuted as an example.
