The main issue in the proposed change is that many of us will be see as "secondary Producers" if this provision is removed there will not be to much difference between the existing 2257 regulations. If it is left in everyone of us, will need to keep the documentation on every performer(s) in every scene, indexed so that at any time if inspected we can produce the url(s) where a specific image/video is found.
