I would go back in time and not read this thread.

I would make a 3 strikes and your out parent law. Placing all parenting onto the parents, if they fail 3 times they get life without parole and the kids are sent to known pro-lifer demonstrators COD.

I do not care if it is better or worse, I would just forsee less children which is always a good thing.

How about you have to apply to be a parent? Qualify financially, have a background check done, be at least 25 years old, etc.

Everyone would be milked for semen and eggs at puberty (for freezing), then immediately neutered. Frozen semen and eggs can be used after turning 25 and passing application.

I didn't say when she was a baby. When she hits puberty. Well, I guess eggs are there at birth so it would work for females. But males would need to have it done at puberty because they can't be "milked" until then.
