PG&E's top brass gave themselves $83 million in bonuses earlier this year for doing such a good job during the utility's bankruptcy proceedings.

This month, they handed out an additional $89 million in bonus money for, well, doing such a good job during the utility's bankruptcy proceedings.

Proof that you don't have to be smart or work hard to become rich. Opportunistic and underhanded....yes. But they'll tell you and themselves that they are worth every penny and deserve it.

thats a corporate governance issue

most stockholders allow this shit to happen and do nothing about it.

If the enviroment we live in allows for seyups like that to happen unchecked You have a recipe for destruction for the economy as we know it.
