It's not easy to make 20 sales a day from a Hun listing?
 

Forgive my ignorance but is it really not common? I don't and never have done TGP much because I don't like the ratios compared to my normal stuff. But I just read a thread and most people don't see 20 sales a day as a good bet.

And that is the best TGP in terms of traffic? Oh my I'm glad I never started submitting.

Why would the surfer pay ???

Free porn on thousands of TGP
Free porn on P2P , Kazaa, ..
Free porn in newsgroups
Free porn with hacked passwords

How many times they can jerk off to porn and still come ???

Generic sponsors like ARS type sites will not get you big numbers but I know for a fact that a fresh sponsor in the right niche can yield 50+ signups in a day on the hun.

This is rare and it doesn't last long but it DOES happen.

I didn't ask why a surfer would pay as I sign plenty of them up myself. I just can't fathom THE BEST tgp being questioned on sending 1 gallery 20 sales in a day.

and the number is going down. don't let anyone kid you, free porn is great for the industry.

20 sales(after 3 day run) is not a problem if you have a good converting sposor.

My personal best is about 50 SU's with a $200 spot. Whats great about The Hun is you get allot of full month sign ups, which does not happen with most other TGP's if the surfer is given the choice.

My record Hun listing was 7 sales i think.

I am gonna try submitting galleries designed by your guys in the next weeks and we will see if they are gonna get 20 sales :1orglaugh

you're forgetting about the little leeches who take his galleries, they are often good for a couple extra signups (even more if you re-direct the leechers with htaccess)

I am on my 3rd day with a gallery on the Hun and 0 sales :(

I've done good sales with niche sponsors b4

We don't do design for outside clients anymore but I've never sold on TGP's. Tried it once 3 years ago and the ratios sucked compared to what I was used to so I gave up. ;)

i heard you can do great if your models have 4 legs :winkwink:

Yep, just chump change, but it's easy to get one up and going if you don't have the bucks for a pay site.

With all the Free Hosted Galleries these days, ya don't even need submitters!! Just a trading script and off ya go.

How come every big sponsor out there has a minium of 50.000 Paying members in any of there sites?

Those free sources suck.

TGPs -> shitty content ( same ass free hosted galleries )
Kazaa -> Did you ever downloaded those movies? Get a clue and most big movies are full with viruses or doesnt work.
Newsgroups -> What about friends who exchange there porn dvds together?
Hacked passwords -> Get closed within 24 hours and most sites suck ass

All true. There will always be a large market for paid porn memberships because:

1) You get the type of content you're looking for (ex specific niche) and lots of it on sites that deal with that type of content

2) Convenience. You can probably find content that is in every members area online, but you'll have to search high and low for it. Much easier to pay nominal fee and have it all at your finger tips in a nice members area. Saves time and time is money to people.

3) Avoid getting infected by viruses and spyware from places like Kazaa

I think I made about 30 signups off collegfuckfest when they had that gallery design contest for the hun...i made 6 off of blackbroswhitehoes on that gallery design contest on thehun...heh

I have said before and I will say it again. IF TGP's did so great they wouldnt be selling the top spots.

Most i've done in one day on the hun was 4 sales. For the period I was on the hun, I did 7 sales with that gallery.

But there were a few times that I had a few listings get 0 signups and a lot of bandwidth burnt.

This game is hit or miss. Depends on the content that you used, how well the sponsor's tour is and most importantly, I think, is the JOIN PAGE. It has to be easy for the surfer to go from a sponsor's page, to the credit card processors page. IMO. I'm pretty sure the conversions from landing on CC page have to be pretty damn close to 1:10. That's my guess. Or i could be COMPLETELY WRONG. :)

I never bought from TGP's but i can tell you that on PPC SE's there are also always people who buy traffic too and some of them lose money :2 cents:

I've been listed on the hun two days ago with a gallery for bangbros online. Made 14 sales from it. And no it wasn't a paid spot ;)

From any wise surfers point of view:
Those sources are all the same and poor quality, why try your hardest to get free stuff when just surrender and have all the porn you need.

Thats why you still see signups.

The gallery submitters who do it as a business are some the biggest traffic pushers out there. Go to a convention and see the guys hanging with the TGP guys who don't have a TGP but can talk about their new BMW.
Galleries do not take that long to produce so a hun listing can have a huge ROI. Even without cracking the 20 sale/day barrier.
